Collaborating with the homeowner and Mr. Finnegan of Finnegan Contracting, Inc., Humphrey's Kitchen Design Team developed a layout that maximizes this house's open, airy floor plan and fully captures waterviews. Measuring 10 ft. wide x 20 ft. long, the highly functional kitchen now occupies a new space along the home's north wall with direct views.

"We installed a flowing kitchen design that accents the open floor theme," said Mr. Finnegan who during the extensive renovation transformed multiple rooms on the first floor into a single, much
